- Safe and efficient operation of all equipment.
- Program brake to accurately form parts per drawing and verbal instructions.
- Create, edit, store, and retrieve CNC programs.
- Be able to determine proper bend order to complete forming without collisions.
- Perform set-up/run operations including tooling installation and checking program for accuracy.
- Perform all required quality checks to ensure part accuracy and appearance.
- Use the correct measuring equipment, tools and program edits to hold relevant tolerances.
- 2 yrs. operating brake.
- 1 yrs. Programming.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Ability to perform basic math skills (fractions, decimals)
- Ability to convert metric to imperial.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Must have own tools.
